When you submit the inquiry form, we collect the information you provide:

Name and company / organization
Email address and country / region
Product of interest and your project requirements (free text)

We do not collect special-category (sensitive) personal data, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

To respond to your inquiry and prepare a quotation;
To follow up on OEM/ODM or distribution cooperation;
To improve our products and website.

5. Third-party services

Formsubmit.co — delivers inquiry form submissions to our email. Their processing is governed by their privacy policy.
WhatsApp — if you contact us via the floating button, your conversation is processed by Meta Platforms under its own terms.
Cloudflare — provides hosting, CDN and security (including bot protection).

6. Data retention

We retain inquiry records only as long as necessary to serve your request and meet business/legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any right, email kunqilight@163.com. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
